Facilities in our Church Building

The Church building is open every day from 9.00 am till dusk.

We have toilet facilities, with a baby changing area, which is available during services and functions in the Church.

A small kitchen which allows us to serve hot drinks after each service.

Our organ is in the south trancept and dates from the 18th centuary, but was enlarged in the early 20th centuary.

floodlit

The floodlights show the church building at its best.  The lights can be lit to celebrate an occasion such as a birthday, or wedding anniversary, or to commemorate a loved one. The lights will be on for four hours from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm in the winter months or 8.00 pm to 12.00 pm during the summer, unless otherwise requested.

If you would like to make arrangements, please contact Sheila Gover, see our church team list.

Accessibility

There are two approaches to the Church building.  The south approach is up a difficult flight of steps which has a hand rail running along side it.  The east approach is level, but has uneven stone slabs and also has a hand rail running along side the path.

We have very limited parking outside the Church, but we can reserve spaces if required.

We have a moveable ramp for wheelchair users to enter the church building on request. The ramp is stored inside the entrance porch and will be put in place by one of our Church team.  If you wish to visit our Church with a wheelchair outside service times, please contact one of our Church team.

We have a wheelchair accessible toilet which is available during services and functions in the Church.

A hearing / induction loop is available during services.

Large print hymn books are available on request.
